WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER ?

If you’re waiting for an order, make sure you check your email (and, if it’s not there, your junk or spam folder just in case!) where you’ll find your dispatch note as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

We aren’t back to ‘business as usual’ just yet and expect some delays while we continue working things out and running vital process checks.

We ship all readymade products the same day if order is placed before 4:00 PM [PST]. Manufacturing time differs for bulk orders. Please get in touch on orders@thehijabcompany.pk for more details on this.

Delivery takes around 2-4 business days for all Pakistan orders depending upon the destination. For international & bulk orders, same shipping rules apply

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES ?

Shipping is free for all orders above Rs. 4,990, otherwise Rs. 230 flat are applied across Pakistan

For International orders, shipping depends on order weight and delivery destination. Our website is equipped with all shipping charges and should display when you reach the checkout

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE ?

You can only pay via Cash on Delivery [Pakistan, UAE and KSA only], Easypaisa and Jazzcash [Pakistan only], Paypal, Credit/Debit Card, Google Pay and Apple Pay

WHERE IS YOUR STORE ?

We are an online store, and don't have any outlet for now.

HOW TO CANCEL AN ORDER ?

We have a same day shipping policy for all products, you can raise an order cancellation request by filling the 'Order Disputes & Support' link before the order gets shipped.

Incase the order is shipped and you still want to cancel the order, you can simply refuse to accept the parcel on delivery. Multiple refusals to delivery will result in permanent ban from the store.

DO YOU ACCEPT DIFFERENT BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESS ?

Yes we do, provided you have made prepayment i.e, Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card or Paypal

At the checkout page, we offer to select a delivery address that is different from the billing address.

For security reasons, this service is offered at our discretion and we reserve the right to ship only to the billing address or ask that proof of address is provided before shipping.

I HAVE RECEIVED A WRONG/DEFECTED PRODUCT, WHAT DO I DO ?

In case you have received any damaged/wrong/product, we gladly accept all merchandise for return or exchange within 3 working days of delivery, provided it:

– Is in new condition
– Hasn’t been washed, used or altered
– Has the original price tag and packaging intact

You can submit a dispute on our website by filling 'Order Dispute' form on our website to get on time solution. Pushing panic buttons on whastapp / facebook / instagram just delays the process. We DO NOT entertain any change of mind requests. You are advised to read all product descriptions and instructions carefully before proceeding with your order.
